I've used Towson Appliance several times in the past five years, for repairs to a Jenn Air range and now a Kitchen Aid dishwasher. They have always been responsive and professional. Most recently, my dishwasher went up on Thanksgiving Day. I called the following day to schedule a service call and they came out that Saturday. I can't speak to whether their prices are good or bad. Seems like every appliance that breaks down these days for me needs a new computer pad or other electronic part. Those things are never cheap and they are not things that you want to fool with yourself. I will always call them first.
