I recently hired Richard to inspect my garage door mechanism, assuming that it was time to replace it. Not only did Richard repair (not replace!) the opener, he explained what exactly the problem was and how I could perform some preventative maintenance myself AND made some minor repairs that have my garage door working (and sounding) like new! All of this was done at what I believe was a very fair price. It is evident that Richard likes what he does and customer service is #1. I recommend Richard highly and will most definitely call on him again if repairs or a new garage door opener are needed.
Pros: Knows his business; doesn't sell you what you do not need
