I have to disagree 100% with most of you. I got outstanding customer service. Trust me, you cannot get service like this anywhere else! Compared to other bridal shops that I have been to, this boutique is definately my favorite. Not only was the staff helpful and friendly, they were willing to do anything for me. I felt special from head to toe and they made sure that I got the dress, jewerly, veil, tierra, and shoes of my dreams for an UNBELIEVABLE price! There was no limits to what the staff would do for me. Everything came in on time as promised and along with the alterations, everything went well. I don't understand how anyone can have something negative to say about a boutique that provides the best service available. They are obviously miserable people, who just want to complain about something. I HIGHLY recommend this boutique to anyone that may be getting married or even going to prom.
Pros: Great prices, awesome service! I was in 4 weddings with bridesmaids dresses from here. Each time was a pleasurable experience.
Cons: Everything went well.
