My boyfriend and I frequent the Firebirds restaurant in Chandler because it has such an inviting atmosphere, the food is amazing, and the service is spectacular! You truly feel like you are in a ski lodge in Colorado- it's like taking the vacation my boyfriend and I never get around to but way easier on the wallet! The steaks are to die for, grilled to perfection over an open flam that makes my stomach growl just thinking about it! The bleu-cheese sirloin (my boyfriend's fave!) is absolutely scrumptious and you have to try the sesame salmon (with fried spinach that melts in your mouth!). Aside from the service, the service is outstanding! The servers are attentive yet not overwhelming and even the chef came over to see how everything was! After going to Firebirds, every restaurant pales in comparison! Utterly fantastic!
Pros: AMAZING food! And great location near the mall!
Cons: No reservations, but you can call ahead and put your name on the waiting list
