I was always a little skeptical of this place, but when I got in a pinch and needed a babysitter one Saturday night for a work event I had to attend I thought I would give it a try. After all, my child was 6 ? and he could tell me if something was went wrong. So I dropped him off on Saturday night at 5pm and picked him up at 9pm. When we got home that evening I noticed that he had paint splatters all over the back of his shirt. He did not have 1 drop on the front of his shirt. I washed the shirt the next day only to learn that it was not washable paint. When I asked how he got paint on his back, he told me that the other kids were flicking their brushes at him and the teachers would not stop it. Obviously he is not making this up as I have never known a child who could actually paint the BACK of their shirt. When I asked if he got to play the Wii, he told me that he was not allowed to play it a whole lot because the teachers were mopping the floor and they had to wait for it to dry and then they had to stay off of it to keep it clean. What??? I am sending my child for you to entertain, not to perform your cleaning tasks that you are supposed to do AFTER all of the kids go home. Further, to tell my child he can?t play a game because you have to keep the floor clean is ridiculous. Although nothing was THAT bad, it was all annoying and unprofessional. When I tried to reach a Manager (Kathy) or Owner (Robin) that is when the real problems began. They dodged every phone call. They are VERY SHADY and unethical. I would never leave my child there again and I think if you are looking for a place for your child, skip this place. Especially if your child is not old enough to REALLY tell you what is going on. Cons: Care More About Your Money Than Your Child
