I've been here several times, and every time, less satisfactory. This last visit was the bottom--AND THE END. Waited nearly ten minutes (in their new MUCH SMALLER location) with no one else there, for my stylist who came from the back, to write notes and chat with the counter girl for five minutes without even acknowledging my presence, then gave me a crooked, miserable haircut. FINI!
