STAY AWAY! Owner (Antje said ""Angie"") is a snob. The IRS has better customer service than this woman does. I had to apologize TO HER several times during my dealing with her becuase something I said badly offended her (things like ""are your cars reliable?"", ""Can I have a third party pay for the rental?"", ""What time are you open until?"" - not kidding). She was 20 minutes late for our appointment, got mad at ME when HER receptionist (of her own volition) called to find out where she was and was very upset with me, telling me ""I told you 5 minutes ago I was ON MY WAY! I can't control the traffic."" even though we had spoken 20 minutes prior and she said she was 10 minutes away. She then yelled at me when I shut her office door and then yelled at my 5 year old autistic daughter for moving her blinds aside and looking out her office window (she did was not harming or about to harm anything). When I told her she needed to calm down, she said ""Excuse me?!? Get out of my office! Good riddance!"".
