After giving this place a lot of business over the years because it was near my home I am now never going to go there again. I had two pants shortened there jthat were ready just the afternoon before my departure. The twp pairs were the exact same size. Packing in a hurry I tried on one - it was fine. Since they were identical i threw them in my luggage and then found, when over seas, that one was way too short. i brought them in on my return and they denied any responsibility for ruining a $60 pair of pants and chargng tme he fee for ruining them. They did they agreed to ""help me out"" to fix them and then kept for a year and half with no effort to pay me back or actually repair them. Every time I came in they convinced me they were going to do something.. Now they have ignored my request to give them back to me. This amounts to a $60 theft. I am so irritated with their customer treatment that I will NEVER go there again and highly recommend against using them.
