My dog was showing symptons of kennel cough so I got an appointment right away, which they charged a $65.00 emergency fee compared to $40.00 to get him in the day I called. While the Doctor was examing him she did bloodwork, gave him a shot and when I went to pay they told me it would be $300.00, she did other services not approved by me and did not tell me there would be extra costs and she also gave him 3 prescriptions which I thought was excessive. All I came in for was an antibiotic for his kennel cough and it turned into a NIGHTMARE!!!!
Cons: they will do unnecessary extra services and not tell you it's extra till you go to pay
