Review content:
I originally went in for an inspection, but this shop does not do them, the gentleman at the counter gave me clear directions to the nearest place that does. The inspection shop discovered a little work that needed to be done. Since it went so well poping into the shop the first time, I went back to Rallye to have the work done. He was even willing to drop me down the street at my job. I thought I had only needed an alignment, turns out I needed something a little more detailed. Trust me with an older car I hear that a lot. But he did the diagnosis and told me to come drop off when the part came in. I didn't have to put anything down and I took my car back. He called me a couple days later and I was able to drop off my car and pick it up the same day. I did shop around and the price while not incredibly less was still $15-$20 less that other places I checked with. Then while he was working on my steering issues he saw that I needed new brake pads. He let me know and asked if I wanted to have them done the next day so I could still have my car that night to pick up the kids. Although he did tell me there was an Enterprise Rent-A-Car across the street, if I needed it. But I dropped off the next morning and picked up the same day again right on time.
