We went into the De Flooring Granite-Remodeling showroom and looked around. We knew going in what we wanted, but didn't really know. They helped us out so much with our decision. They even came out that same day to measure and he drew up a quote right then for us, and later sent us a professional bid sheet, which I really appreciated.
They gave us a time frame when the work would be completed, which I understand is not always true. Their completion time was okay and the crew's service was a 4.5-5. I've had other contractors work for me, so I'm very familiar with crews. What impressed me was that he had his crew come in and did a clean inspection before they started work. They pointed out to us and filled out a form with any flaws they saw before they started working in the area they'd be working in. They signed it, we signed it. It was a really good idea.
They were very careful when they worked. They laid paper out and kept everything clean while they worked. They were just phenomenal. They only thing was the cost, but you get what you pay for. I would highly recommend them to any other individual. In my book they were excellent, the quality of the work was great, they were extremely professional and did exceptional work. I wouldn't hesitate to call them back for more work.
