Review content:
D.E. Flooring basically put in some wood flooring and some tile. What I did not like was the leveling compound. I guess they offered a certain amount for free, then they charged $75 a bag, unlimited up to what they needed to use. It was an unforeseen charge and I didn't know what it was going to be. It just seemed like they should be able to come in and check it out so that there is some control of the charge. I felt like I ended up with 10+ bags in my living room, when I was expecting 3-4, which increased the price rapidly, and without my permission, as it was something they said they had to do.
Other than that, when they were cutting they didn't cover the cars outside, so they got some dust all over them. It was very hard to get off of my vehicle. Other than that, they came back when something was not done right, and they did a good job overall. I didn't talk to the owner about any of it yet, and he probably would have cleaned my car himself if wanted him to, but I didn't think it was that big of a deal.
