Review content:
Took sneakers in b/c bottom of rubber soles coming unglued. All the guy said was he'd have to take it all off and glue it back (I said OK) and that it would be $20. I thought that was high for gluing a rubber sole to a sneaker, but whatever. Paid and picked up my shoes a few days later. Wore the shoes for 1 hr and the soles started coming off again. Returned the shoes that day and got attitude as soon as I walked in. I was very nice but the guy was instantly defensive. First he said the part that came off was not the part he glued and when I reminded him that he said he would reglue the entire bottom, he then said that he told me there was no guarantee on the work. I told him he didn't say that but he insisted he did (he did not). He took the shoes back and shouted at me ""this is the last time!"" Like I've been bringing the shoes in every day or something. I pick them up again today - can't wait to see how rude he will be this time. I do not expect the shoes to be fixed, I expect to have just paid $20 to be treated like cr@p. No surprise, but I never intend to go back there.

Cons: poor craftsmanship, didn't stand by their work, RUDE
