Review content:
Dropped shoes off last week. Was told I could pick up on Friday. Since I was not going to be in the area Friday, decided to wait until Monday. I get there Monday and shop was closed during the business hours with no note as to why or when he'd be open. I called Tuesday before going to make sure he'd be open and got a yes with a why are you questioning me about this attitude. My pumps were done, but I neglected to ask him to also fix one of the straps on my pumps. When I asked how much that would be? He said $16.50 for the pair. I only paid $14 to have the shoes repaired for the other damage for which I originally brought the shoes in. Why would I pay $16.50 when only one strap is messed up? And thats more than what I paid for work done on both shoes. No thanks! I'll find someone else for the future.
