DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
Rich quoted and took a 50% cash deposit on 03-26-2012. He was scheduled to start my fence and gates on 04-20-2012 and complete the job by 04-25-2012. Today is 05-25-2012 and my job is still not completed and he will not answer or return my calls.
He stopped by on April 26 to drop off the materials and informed me that instead of removing my old chain link fence posts he planned on just cutting them off and leaving them in the ground. I explained that this was unacceptable and he just shrugged it off. At that time he scheduled to start the job on April 27 and then did not show up or communicate with me. So I spent the evening of April 27 and the morning of April 28 removing my own chain link fence and I pulled the old posts out myself. On April 28, one of his guys showed up around 1:00 PM to install the posts for my vinyl fence. He only had to dig two posts since the other four were going exactly where I removed the old ones from. Then I was told that the gate supports were not shipped from the distributor and that the poles could not be installed until Monday April 30. I explained my concern that it was supposed to rain for most of the week and that I needed this job completed, I was told by Rich that ""Rain doesn't matter, we can work in the rain"" I was assured that first thing Monday morning the poles would be installed and my fence would be completed by Thursday May 3. Monday April 30 arrives and no sign of Rich or his crew until I call at 12PM and remind him that these poles were supposed to be in at 9AM. They install the poles and assure me over the phone that they will be back when I get home to install some of the fence panels. At 6PM, his guy shows up and tells me that it's raining and that he can't work in the rain. Didn't I ask about this? He tells me that the gates have been ordered and on Tuesday May 1 he will be back to assemble the fence. Tuesday arrives and the crew shows up to assemble the fence. Oops, they did not order the ""U-Channel"" end caps for the panels and nothing can be done. Sorry, we will try again on Wednesday May 2. On Wednesday May 2, they finally asssemble the panels and assure me that on Friday they will install the gates. On Friday May 3, Rich and his guy show up to install the gates. First the gates (white vinyl) are scratched and marred beyond belief and not acceptable to keep. They want to install them and then replace them on Monday. BUT, they try to install them and the entire fence is installed too low and the gates won't fit because they hit the driveway. Rich tells me that he will get with me on Monday May 7 with a solution and he does not contact me. I have left many messages and text messages and just get ignored. Now I have to pay someone to remove this fence completely and start over.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
