Review content:
We would like to let everyone at United Windows know that we are 110% satisfied with our new United Windows. The entire process from window selection, to installation, to inspection, to follow up maintenance (for something minor) has been easier than anticipated. We have been doing a lot of remodeling and dealt with a variety of companies, installation personal, inspectors, etc. and the associates of United Windows have by far been the best people to work with! Every person (from United Windows) that we have dealt with, whether in person or over the phone has been helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely nice! The other people that we have worked with during our remodel have been the polar opposite of what we experienced with the employees of United Windows. Aside from the ease of cleaning and general look of the windows, which are great features, our favorite things about the new windows are that we have already been able to turn down the thermostats and that the sliding glass door is easy to open and close and almost noise free! (Our old sliding glass door was difficult to open and close and very noisy). We would just like to thank everyone for a job well done and hope that everyone involved in our new window purchase and installation gets recognized for their hard work and dedication to United Windows.
