I moved to the city from abroad and wasn't familiar with the leasing jungle of New York. I wanted to see an Apt. in the UWS and had found Emily Wilk via NY Times real estate.
Emily felt right from the beginning what I was looking for. She helped me to understand the NY rental lanscape and showed me exactly what I needed to see in order to make an infomed decision. Emily knows the market very well and showed me many apartments. She was very understanding of my wishes and needs and never pressured me into leasing something I was not 100% sure of.
For me Emily was not only a broker but a patient friend who helped me to find the right apartment.
