Jared helped my girlfriend and I in our first search for an apartment in the financial district. We immediately trusted Jared, which is a lot more than you can say about many brokers, and it worked out very well. He was patient, hardworking, personal and very knowledgable about the market. He was honest about keeping the places that he showed us in our price range and was extremely diligent in keeping us up to date with new available apartments that fit our needs. When he did find a place that he thought was for us, Jared brought us to the apartment on three separate occasions. On the third trip, he waited while we measured every single wall and then walked us through the lease (this took place during off-work hours so it was very easy/convenient for both of us to be there). He kept us up to date on the approval process as well. We initially did not want to pay a broker fee, but we believed Jared earned and deserved it. Without Jared, we definitely would not have found our apartment or had such a smooth transition closing the lease. We certainly recommend him and will be reaching out to him when we make our next living decision.
