Review content:
Before my car went into the car wash the guy walked up to remove the antenna and snapped it off. No one cared, the manager told me 'too bad', and i wasn't offered any help fixing it, being compensated, or even having the wash for free. No one took responsability so I called the cops to file a vandalism report. The police officer regrettably told me with no malicious intent that he couldn't, but that he is called out there several times a month by owners of damaged cars who are ignored and not compensated. My girlfriends dads mirror was broken off and they did nothing. My antenna would have cost 15 dollars to fix but they refused to compensate me. My entire family (who drives 4 automobiles) no longer go there and we've emailed all of our friends in oviedo and everyone else is boycotting them as well. Management would be an idiot to lose that much business just because he can't fix 15 dollars worth of damage to a car. It's a write off they wouldn't make. The police officer told me they damage cars all the time and do nothing about it becuase they count on the fact that people won't take them to small claims court because of the cost. THEY ARE IMMORAL THEIVES!!! STAY AWAY!!
Cons: they damage vehicles and do nothing to fix the situation, are rude.
