The crew that moved stole $2800 in items from me and then they overcharged me, I tried working with them simply to get my items back but they didn't even want to talk to me, they blew me off and wouldn't return calls and finally when I reached the owner they told me that I should have verified every box was received and verify that the contents of ever single box was received before signing the paperwork, and that once I signed it on moving day they are exempt from the issue. How could anyone verify 400 boxes and their contents while the crew sits there in your living room!!! Also if you do not get their insurance for full replacement, it gives them the right to steal your items at 60 cents per pound, their claims are strictly by weight and not value. so My $2800 in boxes that was stolen is only worth $30 by weight. I filed a police report which is ongoing, however we found 1/2 the items were put on eBay and sold via a pawn shop, investigation is still ongoing. They were also contracted to bill me at a rate of $115/hr and I find out they billed me at $145/hr, They told me there's nothing I can do even though I have the paper from them stating the rate of $115/hr for 3-man crew. So I'm also fighting them via American Express. Cons: Steals, overcharges, criminal records, not trustworth, no customer service, dirty
