Phoned Friday 18th December 09 to ask when the 'air bag warning light' on the dashboard should be checked on my gorgeous little Mazda Tribute. Spoke to the reception lady first who correctly put me through to the service dept man. He was clear and concise stating that the air bag would not 'go off' if the light was on but should be checked. He clearly stated that they were not open weekends but if i gave him my name and details as my name did appear on the computer i could call in Monday 8.10 am to have a 'technician' check it out. Very good service up to this point only! Went in on Monday 8.10 am to be told that my booking was not on the computer and they don't make bookings for Mondays over the weekend and that all the 'techs' were busy already and had i taken the persons name that i had spoken to when i booked it? I said no as i wouldn't expect to keep a name to refer to if my details had been recorded and their system worked. Not helpful and a kind of 'Monday morning, the world stinks' vibe. Moral of the story 'If you book in for repair or service, take the name and number of the employee you speak to in case the computer says no on Monday morning' Pros: Really flashy building, lots of glass Cons: A little finger trouble in advising the public ?
