I have never dealt with a garbage company that is so inept, rude, and absolutely horrible at what should be a basic job to accomplish: picking up trash.
Not only do the ""waste collectors"", um, trash men consistently manage to leave my front yard filled with debris from my trash can, 50% of the time they will not even do their job, leaving the garbage cans full until the next time they will come out, TWO WEEKS LATER, because they were too lazy to pull the a trash can around a car that may have parked in front of it.
They also love to leave snarky notes behind validating the reasons why they are too lazy to remove your trash or recycling, stating that maybe a band aid or piece of tissue somehow got into the recycling bin and therefore they refuse to take it.
Since when did trash men become so picky about... GARBAGE?
If I had the option of going through another garbage service I would, but unfortunately, Arrow Sanitary has a monopoly over my area of Portland which I believe is illegal as well?
Oscar the grouch would be ashamed of these clowns.
