Review content:
We had a broken hinge on our garage door. We had a technician come out the same day we called. He was excellent! Replaced the hinge and did some other small repair things too! He was polite and professional the whole time. Even had some treats for my dog!
The woman who answered the phone, however, was not as impressive. Upon answering she asked how she could direct my call, I tried to explain the problem with my door and she very curtly said ""Oh. You need service"" and put me straight on hold. When the service person answered, his first response was that I needed a new door immediately. All I wanted was someone to come out and take a look at it! I hung up and had my husband call. He got better results and the technician came right out.
The technician who came to my house totally made up for the phone call. When we do decide to purchase a new door, we will definitely call AE!
