I did a lot of research in order to find the right property management company for my family. Since I'm not handy, I needed a full-service company that would handle any and everything that comes up.
I considered companies both big and small. But I was impressed with Minnesota Home Rental because they were responsive, when I initially contacted them, they were knowledgeable and they -- above all -- highlighted my needs.
I worked with Eric and Chad, and they are professionals, in every sense of the word. They provided honest -- and sometimes hard to accept -- input and worked to find a very strong renter. Within a week, we found a prospective couple, but Minnesota Home Rental did its due diligence to ensure that they checked out.
Throughout this entire process, Minnesota Home Rental has fulfilled every promise and earned my trust.
