We were very dissapointed with our experience with Half PriCe Drapes. We had ordered the Poly Taffeta/Kaleidscope/Pole Pocket/Interlined/Weighted/50x96 drapes. After we received them - we hung them up against our brightly sunshine lit window only to discover that the drapes were essentially dry-rotted and had cracks and tears in the seams and places where they had been folded. I called them after discovering the problem and whoever answrered the phone at half price drapes acted like they didnt believe me when I explained what was wrong. I finally got an RMA # but they only crediteed me for the original cost of the drapes. They did not credit me for the freight I paid ($9.99) when they shipped them or the return by UPS ground freight which cost me ($16.80). We are now out -$26.79 just because they sent us some old dry rotted drapes. I would recommend Overstock.com or Amazon.com for anyone looking for drapes. Believe me, they are 100% hassle free and pay freight for their defective returns but this company does not. I would not recomend this company to anyone and I will not do business with them ever again.
