I had my dishwasher recently repaired by postek appliance service. Wow was I impressed. When I placed the call, the office manager was extremely friendly. I had a tech out in two days. The repair was nothing urgent, but I feel if it were I would have been taken care of immediately. I received a call prior to the tech. coming out. He was prompt, introduced himself, was uniformed, polite and very knowledgable. He informed me that I needed a part for my dishwasher and gave me a time expentency. Now this is the kicker. I have all new electrolux appliances. He did a general assessment of them and asked me if I had any other questions. He recognized that I did not have my filter in my fridge and helped me put it in. Explained how the drawers went in and out, explained the ice maker and recognized that the fridge was out of balance and fixed it. He also explailned the care of my glass cooktop stove with no charge. This saved me alot of time, (I may have had to call for another issue)effort and frustration (He taught me how to put in filters and explained how things worked) and money (I could have ruined my cooktop). I have never had a repair company do this before. Yes I am impressed and definately recommend using Posetek!
