Review content:
Never, ever use Metropolitan Drapery and Blinds or deal with Ben Shalom! We made that mistake. He mis-measured our custom-ordered shutters, damaged the hardwood during his botched installation attempt and insulted us. When we told him we were not happy with the damaged shutters, he said ?Your happiness is not my concern."" So now, we are stuck with some very expensive shutters which can't be put up because they are too small for the window and are not returnable to the manufacturer because Ben damaged them. We tried to settle it amicably but Ben told us ?See you in court!? so we will see him there! Be careful; Ben is real good at the marketing end. But if you want beautiful window treatments and someone who cares whether or not you are satisfied with the finished job, don't even bother calling him. He does a good sales job, takes your money and hopes you won't bother to take him to court for the terrible work or any damages. The insults are free. Cons: Poor work, rude, difficult to work with
