Review content:
After having my tires consistently filled to the wrong pressure and my oil life never reset (little annoyances), I'd finally had it when I made an appointment to have my alignment done and a power steering line replaced and they didn't tell me until I came to pick it up that they couldn't align my vehicle and didn't have the line and couldn't get it. I also gave the service rep a long explanation of a steering issue I've had where the vehicle will apply one of the brakes arbitrarily in a turn. It's not my imagination as passengers feel it and ask what happened and the brake pedal depresses noticably when it happens. It's a very dangerous condition that I assume has to do with a faulty traction control system. They said they couldn't duplicate the problem. Note to service tech from the rep was ""check for dragging brake"". Sent me on my way with the dangerous condtion still in full effect. Going elsewhere for repairs from now on. I've never had an experience where they didn't do something wrong.
