Review content:
So in early Feb. I mailed a package out to a friend in California. After 2 weeks she didn't get it so I checked with the store- it was supposed to be on it's way back to the store, and the 2 guys working there said they'd call me when it came. It never came- 3 weeks later after seeing what happened to the package I go back to the store and they don't know what happened to it. So the guy says he will put a trace on it bc it is listed as missing- I ask him for something written down saying this, he stares at me like I'm crazy (I like to keep records of stuff). I ask him again just for some written documentation that they don't know where it is and the guy rolls his eyes at me then says in 8 business days the store will call me regarding the statues of this package. So I wait 8 days and after recovering from the flu (this is another 2 weeks mind you) I go back there. Supposedly they have found my package but gave me a full refund, with some attitude on the side for free (this was the same guy were I asked for a receipt showing they didn't know where the package was). This entire ordeal was such a hassle and maybe I wouldn't have minded if they actually followed up with me regarding this lost package and didn't roll their eyes and make snide remarks to me whenever I went. Such a headache compared to the one of Taylor St.
