Review content:
Dropped off laptop. Was told repair would be done in two days. Said a guy name Sam would do the repairs. Called in once a day to check progress. Staff tells me the same thing over and over. ""Sam is on some errand and should be back in an hour."" (I don't think this guy even exists because I get the same message ever day at any random time) Came to check in on the 3rd day. Staff told me laptop could not be found. Said Sam probably has it to get work done on it but couldn't verify. Said Sam would be in about an hour. Came back 2 hours later, with no surprise, Sam was not there. Asked another staff and they found the said laptop on top of the desk in another room (it was there in plain sight) with no work ever done to it. Not sure if they lied to me about this ""Sam"" and his existence or what, but just being told something and getting nothing is enough for me to go elsewhere. I say STAY AWAY!!!
