Review content:
When it came time to check out in the Garden Center, we went up to the counter and had to wait. I assume that this was because it was shift change, as the cashiers had tills out of the register. Instead of moving the till, they made us wait until they finished what they were doing, which was rude considering we had a big bag of soil that we could not put down on the belt by the register. They did not even acknowledge that we were standing there waiting on them. Not only this, but the cashier asked if we would like a bag. Thinking that she had enough sense to put the seed packets in the bag, we said - ""sure"". She then proceeded to put a basil plant into the bag which snapped the top of it off. This was very frustrating, and since we were pressed for time, we did not tell a manager on the day of our visit. It is shopping experiences with poor customer service like this that will cause this store to lose sales, as we will go somewhere else if this continues.
