Run. Sell your stock. Move if you must. Before you rent in Houston, make absolutely sure that there are options. Billing does not match what you signed up for. I thought I had a deal. $60 a month. I've had nothing but problems with the cable and internet service. And i'm being billed in excess of $110 a month. Try to complain. No one cares. if you have a problem, make sure you've got a lot of patience, and then don't be surprised if you get no satifaction. My techie son had to help THEIR techs (outsourced btw), to fix a major problem with their internet service. Turns out, they use a technology that rolls through the IP addresses (tech issue way over my head), but what it means is that sometimes they run out of IPs, and guess what?, you're out of luck until other neighborhood users get off the internet.
Pros: Timely billing
Cons: Billing incorrect. Many Internet drops. Poor customer service.
