My wife and I went there to buy a trailer short term while we relocated. We met Bruce, the Zeman Salesman. He showed us two and three bed trailers starting at 17K which would have been fine for short term living. We found out that the financing would be $650/mo for 15 years. SO, we decided to not spend $117,000.00 for the trailer but were provided with application for the park from Bruce. He hand wrote a 1 in front of the $75.00 application charge and told us the $175.00 fee was refundable if we were not accepted into the park. We found a trailer for sale by owner in this park and when we brought our paperwork back we requested new applications due to a mistake we made. When we submitted this paperwork the lady working the counter told us the fee was $75.00 and not refundable. I asked to look at the new paperwork we just filled out and it did have $75.00 on it and not $175.00. THE PARK FEES ARE $417.00/mo.
Pros: NONE!
Cons: These people AWFUL!
