Review content:
After seeing a friend's gorgeous Christmas ornaments purchased at Casabella a few years ago, I (excitedly) decided to finally stop in. I immediately noticed lots of things I swooned over, and as I walked by the cash wrap in the center of the store, I smiled and said ""hi"" to the staff. I got one snotty glare and the other lady completely ignored me.
I bought several decorative items that day (totaling a few hundred dollars), and despite my purchase, as the lady took my payment and wrapped my things, she did not say one word to me other than my total, and continued gabbing with her co-worker. Not so much as one second of eye contact was made. I've gone back a few times and had the same result, so I won't be going back. It's sad too, because as an interior designer, I could have sent several friends and clients there.
To the staff: snap out of it, ladies! You're not in Beverly Hills, you're in Marietta. Be nice!
