Review content:
I brought my car here for a little scratch to be repaired. It was recommended by the insurance company of the person who bumped into my car. Well, what happened here was way worse than the scratch I got from that car! When I drove away, I realized that a million things were suddenly wrong with my car -- the remote key, power door locks, power windows, power sunroof, and trunk were suddenly all not working! I couldn't even open my windows or my trunk. It was ridiculous. I was really upset, and I went back to the shop the next day, to see what could be done. Well the manager was EXTREMELY rude to me, and denied complete responsibility for the damage. He even tried to tell me that it was like that when they got the car from me!! I ended up having to bring my car to my regular shop and find out that they somehow blew a fuse while they were fixing my car! Later I called the owner of A Carr's to alert him of the inappropriate way in which his manager had behaved towards me, and he was also extremely rude and condescending, to boot! Please, for the love of god, DO NOT take your car here!!!!!!
Pros: Speedy.
Cons: Rude, condescending, difficult to pull in & out of driveway, no evening hours, just terrible!
