My partner and i have puchased our grave lots here. We got them on 1 yr same as cash deal. We paid them off in about 10 months and was suckered into buying vaults after the first purchase was paid off. We stopped at the cemetary in July of 2011 and they could not even find our paper work where we were paying on the graves.( We were told to stop out any time and look at the grave lots assigned from a map, and change them if we wanted to) at this point we had been paying on them for several months. Once we paid then off. We were told we would receive the deeds in 4 to 6 week. this was on 11-14-11 and when we started paying on the vaults.
we called several times to the corpate office and finally got them paid off on 2-10-12 after complaining for a month about not getting the deeds. also there has been alot of issues with water laying on the grounds for a long period of time and the chaple they use for services has not been painted for sereral years, and the last time it was paited who ever did it left such a mess. and not to mention the cob webs on the windows and all the dust and dirt.and christmas lights still up in july and after all the complains they say its in the budget for next yr. should been in the budget for 3 to 5 yrs ago. When we finnally got every thing in the mail they sent it to our old address when we had told them we moved, and it was all dated 2-08-12 making it look as if we finally paid it all off then. what a desgrace to the faimily and the dead..I would not recomend any one buy any thing from them or any services till they get there act together and learn how to treat the dead and the familys of them..
