Turner's is great. Mr. Turner was friendly and professional, and instead of simply towing me to my requested location, he helped me identify the problem (dead or low-charge car battery) AND saved me money by directing me to AutoZone, where I had my battery checked for free (it was dead) and replaced for only the cost of the part and zero labor. In the end, Mr. Turner helped me save a significant amount of money and time, and I had my car fixed less than two hours after it failed to start for me. I'll be able to drive to work now without fear, and am secure in the knowledge that I now have a dependable battery under the hood, and a great guy willing to tow the car if something else goes wrong. I'd recommend his business to anyone in need of a tow in the Raleigh area.
