I have been going to Charles Hairtime for quite a while. I've never gotten the feeling you portray. Did you ever give anyone else a chance to cut your hair ? Or did you just stop in at the last minute and expect to be taken care of in 5 minutes? If not, too bad for you. Go get you hair cut somewhere else in 5 minutes or less for 5.99, and don't forget the coupon. This establishment has been around for a long time. More than most in the Schaumburg area. The atmosphere is down to earth and homey. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I'll be going back for a long time to come, thank goodness people like you won't be.....Hey Chuck, see you at x-mas for the x-mas perks....Luv ya!!!! FLW
