I found Eagle Transmission on Google maps. I did some research online and placed a call. I spoke to Junior at Eagle Transmission and
and he sold me with his level of experience and helpfulness. Eagle Transmission blew away the shop I had previously used.
I brought my car in first thing in the morning. They did a great job explaining everything. I live probably seven miles away, and after they took my information, they gave me a ride back home for no charge. They were on time with their work and they thoroughly explained what was wrong with the transmission. Rather than speaking in vague, general terms, they were specific and went into detail. When I went to pick up my car, they explained everything again and went over the warranty information. All in all, it was a great experience.
I was honestly surprised. I was not expecting such high quality of service. Eagle Transmission takes care of their customers. They want to make sure you are fully aware of what you are getting into.
