If you're in need of a wig due to hair loss, please do not go to this shop. Linda exhibits a minimal amount of compassion until the deal is sealed and then she is ruthless. Experiencing cancer/hair loss is bad enough; don't add more stress to the process. She sold me a $613.00 wig (encouraged me to pay $15.00 for fast shipping - she wanted me to have it by Christmas). The wig came in on the Friday before Christmas, and when I tried to work with her to get to her shop in between working and an oncologists appointment, she made it clear that she would not be inconvenienced. I told her I could come on Saturday and she curtly replied, ""I'm closed on Saturday, guess you'll have to get it after Christmas"". I arrived on Wednesday, 12/26, tried the wig on and the color was not want I wanted nor what looked good on me. She agreed. She wanted me to make yet another trip back to the store the next day. In the mean time I had been suffering with the effects of chemo as well as kidney stones making the return trip impossible. I called her and requested a refund on the wig that I was not going to purchase. She argued, screaming that ""I told you no refunds"", but then relented, in an angry voice, ""I'll credit your account but don't ever come into my store again"". She will not have to worry. I also called VISA who indicated I had every right to demand a refund and they began the process for me right then. When I explained to VISA that the store owner wanted me to pick out another wig and leave the $613.00 in her account which she had used since 12/18 when she charged my VISA, they said not appropriate. She assumed she would sell me another wig of a comparable price. My point was, I left the store without merchandise and she had my money for at least 10 days. If you're in need, please try these options: Dennis Todd Salon in Plymouth, Fran Coy in Ann Arbor, Wendy's Wigs in Livonia. I've personally been to all and I would recommend them highly. You're treated with respect and compassion.
