I wanted to take a moment to include a brief note to return with your Customer Evaluation Survey. I've been in the banking business for approximately 30 years and know the importance of delivering a service or product in a personal and professional manner. I want to compliment your company and most importantly the two individuals referenced above for their courteousness, professionalism, and expert knowledge of the available products and installation process. Josh worked with me as we attempted to get the best value with insurance funds available along with helping me hurdle some unfounded objections from my homeowners association based on the product we selected. Vincent stayed in touch with me every step of the way throughout the installation and assured that everything around our house was protected and left in the shape it was before his crew arrived. Both individuals answered all questions, provided their cell phone numbers and always responded immediately if I had any questions or concerns. Their kindness and professionalism was greatly appreciated. We're extremely happy with the look of our new roof and are completely assured that should we encounter any future problems, your staff will be extremely attentive to our concerns.
