Jason was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and most of all solved the problem. He explained the problem as well as let me know that the wiser decision for me would have been to replace the furnace instead of "putting" money into the old one. I totally appreciate that, but unfortunately I do not have the funds available to purchase a new furnace right now. I will definitely recommend Harlen Johnson to anyone needing heating and/or air conditioning services.
