I had AAA Pest Control come out for three different cases and every time AAA Pest Control was excellent. The first time I called, I talked to Sue and she was really good. I was really impressed with the company and it is easy to get a scheduled appointment.
I called them out twice because of a rodent situation in our rental houses. Mike Z. was the inspector who came out. He analyzed the property to figure out how they were getting in, made a detailed sketch, and marked places around the house that needed to be closed up. Mike took the time to tell us exactly how we needed to repair the house and how much we could expect it to cost to get a handyman to do all the work. He also set up some traps and checked back periodically to see how things were going while we were getting repairs done.
The second time we had a rodent problem, Mike came out again. He told us the rat droppings were old so there probably weren't any rodents to worry about at the moment. Mike reinspected the house and found a number of entry places in the roof where roof rats could be getting into the attic and recommended that we trim our trees. It was all about getting all the entry points taken care of.
The third time I called AAA Pest Control, our own house was having problems with ants and carpenter ants. The technician sprayed the house and followed up later with a second spray, trying to find the main anthill to get rid of the problem.
Mike is a very thorough worker. When he comes over, he is here for a long time because he is so thorough. I also found Mike to be very personable. Hopefully I don't have to call back too many more times, but Mike and everyone else at AAA Pest Control have been very helpful.
