Review content:
The weights are really, really heavy and I get out of breath while using the cardio equipment. But seriously, writing this review is easy because every aspect of BodyTech is exceptional. Starting with the staff?they are ALL knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Highly qualified personal trainers are readily available, offering the latest, personalized cutting edge programs for all ages and fitness levels. Plenty of well maintained, state-of-the-art cardio equipment, weight machines and free weights mean no waiting. A wide range of classes, taught by certified instructors, are available to accommodate every fitness level, including yoga, pilates, zumba and cardio kickboxing, to name just a few. The work out areas and locker rooms are always spotless, as is the professionally staffed child-care center. They also offer a wide range of nutritional supplements, clothing and a smoothie bar! It is apparent that owner Steve takes pride in providing an extraordinary facility that caters to everyone at every fitness level, from families to professional athletes. Anyone looking for a place to begin, or continue a fitness program need look no further than BodyTech Total Fitness!
