Same here Last year I went into the Victor Store and was getting a price from what turned out to be the owners sin or something. He quoted me $ 2800 for my floor installed. Material was about $ 600. We are an existing customer. Then I got a call the next day telling me it would be about $ 3500. So I said , OK. then the guy came and did the measure and said it would be $ 4800 !! . I went to cancel and they refused to refund to my Mastercard ( $ 1500 ! ) and said I had to drive to Henrietta. I called into Henrietta and they told me to come on in. Went I got there they told me the owner was "Out" but should be back in a few hours and no one else was able to do a credit. I cam back four hours later and they said he was back but was busy. I told them for $ 1500 I could wait !!. They really wanted me to let them keep the money at least for a week so they could charge me a " cancellation fee". Apparently there are a series of SCAMS they run, even on existing customers. This was for IN STOCK MATERIAL not some stuff they were custom ordering. WOW. Stay away from these guys!
