Review content:
My mom has been a customer here for over 20 years. Of course, she's greeted warmly by the staff, who have also been there a long time. Last month she went in for an exam, and bought new glasses.
A week ago, the optician showed up at her door with another new pair of glasses! He explained that he noticed an error on her record card, and rather than make an elderly lady travel to fix it, he made up a whole new pair (and didn;t ask for the old ones back!)
I've always liked Park West Vision, but this was icing on the cake!
