Review content:
First off, I'm always paranoid about calling people to fix things. Since I know nothing about what is happening, I'm always afraid that I'll be ripped off due to my lack of knowledge. I found Kramer and Sons through a google search, and read their reviews here and on Yelp. Both were positive. A step in the right direction. I made the appointment through their online system, and received a call within an hour or so confirming the appointment. The staff was very friendly. I had a picture of the leak, and they made sure that the technician looked at it before coming out. The technicians got there, and were wearing booties (to make sure they didn't get anything dirty). And their vast knowledge meant that they didn't have to do a bunch of work. They pointed out other things that I needed to watch out for as well. The prices were reasonable, and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend them to others.
