Zoe is a miracle worker/magician. She listens to your dreams/wishes, then adds a reality check. It may take a few months to get what you want but that's not Zoe's fault. Damaged,fried,oxidized hair needs to grow out. Your medicines/illness changes your hair and how your hair will hold color. Zoe explains all of this and then starts giving you the best hair color ever. Her assistant Issak gives the best head massage during the shampoo. These 2 are the dynamic duo of SOHO.
