I had seriously BAD experiences with dental procedures and came to Dr. Watanabe with preconcieved fears and learned dreads. He has handled me with kid-gloves since day-one coming to his practice. I appreciate that he doesn't give me the pat-answer that he is ""different"" but he gives me full disclosure on procedures that need to be done. My teeth are awful (I blame Mom) and I've had a lot of problems. Dr. Watanabe has treated me professionally and with great concern for my comfort. He calls me every evening following a traumatic visit (such as filling, root canal, or extraction). Every time! The last friend I referred to Dr. Watanabe lives in Seattle and has sworn to drive to Salmon Creek forevermore due to the fantastic treatment he received at Gentech by Dr. Watanabe. I feel like I have bragging-rights when anyone talks about thier dentist. I've heard so many horror stories and I have nothing but good to say about Dr. Watanabe and his staff at Gentech in Salmon Creek!
Pros: What can we do for you is asked with sincere concern.
Cons: No drawbacks! For a few years they have been great.
