Review content:
First let me say that I am writing this review, so that no other person and their family have to go through with my grandmother and my family has. While there are a few exceptions, for the most part the staff lacks compassion, manners, and professionalism. We have had numerous meetings with not only individual staff members, but also the heads of all department and the director of the facility to express our concerns, we are always promised that the problems will be addressed and unfortunately they never are. A few of our complaints have been that when the call bell turned on it could take up to 20 minutes for someone to come into the room, if a patient has had an ""accident"" everyone tells you it is not there job, they need to get someone else, etc and the resident could wait up to an hour before someone comes in to help them, there have been several occasions where my grandmother did not receive a meal, she has fallen SEVERAL times and we are often not notified. While in their care my grandmother has had several health issues arise, that they over looked that could have been life threatening ( blood clot, kidney failure, seizer activity) thankfully I could go on and on. This is not the place that you want to send your love one. They will not be cared for with dignity, respect, and the compassion they deserve Cons: Everything
